Sometimes, I wonder why I am so chill compared to a lot of other wlw on Tumblr. And then I realize most of y’all are in your 20′s, and I am like, oh so you’re working your asses off everyday to achieve your visions fueled only by your ideals while things routinely fall apart around you and secretly wondering if it’s you while steadfastly comforting your friends who are in the same situation and trying to do consciousness raising work about the global political economy and oppression while being violently tossed from jobs and sprinting towards new ones before your tiny to no savings runs out or you have to ask for money and take the suffering and loss of identity that goes with that even when you do get it and dodging to avoid way too much attention from abusive people including your own families and fully random men and trying to scrounge together enough resources to reinvent what sex and love mean so you can live your best lives. Y’all are doing great work.  And y’all are keeping it together way better than anyone could ask of you.  Stay proud, fam.  I’m proud of you.
